Silver, 824 Winslow Street #214, expressed concerns regarding the <br /> funding processes in the proposed Joint Powers Agreement for County-operated <br /> libraries. He requested individual members of the Council contact the Board of <br /> Supervisors and express their concerns. The JPA is a wonderful idea, it's just that <br /> the funding needs to be fair. <br /> Following discussion, it was determined that City Manager Everett will contact the <br /> County Manager and also the Board President shall be contacted.
