The County of Alameda is Lead Agency for the R- <br /> REP, an initiative that will utilize collaborative procurement to purchase renewable energy systems for <br /> public agencies throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties. Each agency <br /> participating in the R-REP agreed to sign a MOU by and among the County of Alameda and the other <br /> agencies participating in the Project. The MOU defines the roles and responsibilities of each Participating <br /> Agency and enables the development of the R-REP Request for Proposal by County of Alameda.
