01/13/2014 <br /> 6104.2.1. Establishment of Geographical Limits in Which the Storage of Liquefied <br /> Petroleum Gas is Restricted. The geographic limits referred to in Section 6104.2 in <br /> which storage of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted, are hereby established as follows: <br /> RH (Residential — Hillside) District, R-1 (Residential — Single Family) District, R-2 <br /> (Residential — Duplex) District, RG (Garden Apartments) District, R-3 (Multi-Family — <br /> Low Density) District, R-4 (Multi-Family — Medium Density) District, R-5 (Multi-Family — <br /> High Density) District, PO (Professional Office) District, CN (Neighborhood Commercial) <br /> District, CB (Central Business) District, CG (General Commercial) District, TP (Tidal <br /> Plain) District, and MH (Mobile Home) District as defined by the Zoning Ordinance of <br /> the City. The aggregate capacity of any one installation shall not exceed a water <br /> capacity of 2,000 gallons (7505 L). <br /> SECTION 4. If any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this ordinance or of <br /> the Code hereby adopted should for any reason, be found invalid, it is intended that all <br /> other portions of this ordinance independent of any such portion as may be declared <br /> invalid shall be valid. <br /> SECTION 5. This Council finds and determines that pursuant to Section 50022.1 <br /> of the Government Code, the City is authorized to adopt the California Fire Code 2013 <br /> by reference and amend same by ordinance. <br /> SECTION 6. This adoption of this ordinance is categorically exempt from CEQA <br /> pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3), as it is not a project which has the potential for causing <br /> a significant effect on the environment. <br /> SECTION 7.
