12. Business License. Consultan# wili obtain and maintain a City of Redwood Ci�y <br /> Business License for the term o#the Agreement, as may be amended from time-to-#ime. <br /> 13. Maintenance of Records. Cansultant will maintain aomplete and aocurate records <br /> with respect ta costs fncurred under this Agreernent. A!1 reoords will be cleariy <br /> ident�able.
