; � , <br /> �������d�� <br /> AMENDMENT N0.1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> (KENNEDY/JENKS CONSULTANTS) <br /> This Amendmen No.1 is entered into and effective as of the day of <br /> � , 20 , amending the agreement dated July 23, 2 14 (the <br /> "Agreement") y and be een the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation ( ity"), and Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, ("Consultant") (collectively, the <br /> "Parties")for rofessional Services. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On July 23, 2014, the Parties executed an Agreement for Professional <br /> Services; and <br /> B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to a supplemental fee schedule to <br /> govem work remaining to be performed under the Agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. City will pay Consultant Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars <br /> ($20,900.00), for an aggregate amount of Two Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Eight <br /> Hundred Dollars ($258,800.00) for all work remaining to be perFormed under the <br /> Agreement as more particularly described in Exhibit "A," attached to this Amendment <br /> and incorporated by this reference. Consultant will provide City, on a monthly basis, <br /> copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, hourly rates, and <br /> related activities and costs for approval by City. <br /> 2. As of January 1, 2016, all work performed by Consultant on Tasks 1 and 5 <br /> will be compensated at the Hourly Rates identified in Exhibit "B," attached to this <br /> Amendment and incorporated by this reference. The Hourly Rates for work performed <br /> on all other Tasks and for work performed on Tasks 1 and 5 prior to January 1, 2016 are <br /> identified in the Custom Schedule of Charges in the Scape of Services attached as <br /> Exhibit"A"to the Agreement. <br /> 3. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br /> 4.
