Consequently, staff is recommending an increase of $250,000 to <br /> the Agreement, for a total Agreement of $700,000. The Agreement terminates in June <br /> 2014, and no extension of time is recommended with this amendment. <br /> ALTERNATIVES <br /> The City Council could choose to not add funds to the Agreement, which will <br /> significantly limit the City's ability to process permits beyond January. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> Sufficient funds will be available from fees collected from developers and property <br /> owners to pay for these services. A budget amendment, however, will be required to <br /> establish the required appropriation.
