Directs staff to submit an application for TA Measure A Pedestrian and Bicycle Program funds for <br /> $976,780 for the Safe Routes to School Improvement Project. <br /> 2. Authorizes the City Manager to execute a funding agreement with the San Mateo County <br /> Transportation Authority to encumber any TA Measure A Pedestrian and Bicycle Program funds <br /> awarded. <br /> 3.
