DEFINITIONS <br /> a. In these specifications, the word "City" means the City of Redwood City. California. <br /> b. The term ''Bidder","Supplier"or"Vendor"means the person, firm or corporation with <br /> whom the contract is being made by the City, or the agent or legal representative who <br /> may be appointed to represent such party, firm or corporation in the execution of this <br /> contract. <br /> 2.
