This action was intended to <br /> allow continuity in the Planning Commission review process as significant projects were <br /> going through the pipeline. <br /> ANALYSIS <br /> The recruitment period for the three seats ran between December 16, 2013 and January <br /> 8, 2014. The City Council conducted interviews on January 13, 2014 and due to the tight <br /> timeline set by Resolution No. 15271 the direction was to interview all candidates. <br />
