9.C. - Page 3 <br /> Future Phases of the Study — The next phase of the study will include substantial <br /> broad-based public outreach to nonprofit groups, business owners, developers and <br /> residents. Staff will ask these groups to help prioritize a set of potential benefits and <br /> continue to look at best practices for implementation.
