Agreemei 7.1.B. - Page 24 <br /> (f) Governing Law. <br /> This Lease shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of <br /> California as applied to contracts that are made and performed entirely in California. <br /> (g) Captions. <br /> All captions and headings in this Lease are for the purposes of reference and convenience <br /> and shall not limit or expand the provisions of this Lease. <br /> (h) Brokers. <br /> Agency and Lessee are separately responsible for payment of any broker's commission or <br /> finder's fee incurred by that party's engagement or acceptance of the services of a broker or <br /> agent by said party.
