You waive any objections that you may have to tliis joint representatioxi; <br /> agxec tl�at we may represent each member of the Coalition individually and jointly; and a,gree <br /> that you have joint interests witl�the other Coalition rnembers that will permit us to coiz�municate <br /> informatioii about this mattcr to you and ather members of the Coalition without waivii�� <br /> privileges that may apply. <br /> Second, the Caalition is not a fixed group of communities, but is instead an evolving <br /> group: colnmunities may join or lcave the Coalition during the course of aur representation. It <br /> may be that your community is adverse to one or n�ore of the other members of the Coalition ii� ' <br /> another, iuirelated matter. By si�ming this agreement, you agree that we may represent th�se <br /> additional communities as �art of the Coalition. Likewise, except to the extent there is a conflict <br /> that is uinvaivable you agree that our representatio�� of you as part of the Coalition will not <br /> disqualify tlle Fimi or any of its members from representing aiiother client in an uru•elated <br /> proceeding where the client's inlei-est is adverse fo yours. Wc will keep you apprised of thc <br /> Coalition members and we ask that you advise us immediately if you believe that there is a <br /> conf�ict that is not waivable. <br /> Tllird, we wil] not represent any entity that takes a position in tl�is proceeding adverse to <br /> yours, although we may be asked by some clients to file individual comments in this proceeding <br /> in addition to the Coalition comments. You and each entity of the Coalition may decide at any <br /> tinle to witlidraw from parlieipation in the proceeding or the Coalition.
