JOINT STUDY SESSION WITH THE REDWOOD CITY HOUSING AND <br /> HUMAN CONCERNS COMMITTEE <br /> Facilitator Cecil Reeves provided outline of workplan for next twelve months, guidance from <br /> Council and support, concerns and issues, Council priorities, and improving effectiveness <br /> Lengthy discussion ensued regarding landbank program, eligible projects and qualifying incomes <br /> from different sources, 3400 Rolison Road project, senior programs, financing, communication <br /> enhancement with neighbors, Council and staff, housing unit management maintenance compliance <br /> criteria, code enforcement increase, master plan and build out analysis, critical State and federal <br /> timeframe compliance. <br /> Committee Member Watry joined the meeting at this time of 8:40 p.m. <br /> MINUTES BOOK NO. 57 <br /> Page No. 172 <br />
