Wooten, Retiring Parks, Recreation and <br /> Community Services Manager <br /> Mayor Howard read and Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director Griffiths both <br /> presented the proclamation to Bill Wooten, to honor him in his retirement after 33 years of <br /> outstanding service in the sports recreation field. <br /> Mr. Wooten expressed his appreciation to everyone, and presented a gift to the City of a picture he <br /> he had in his office of an aerial photo of Redwood City in 1937. <br /> MINUTES BOOK NO. 57 <br /> Page No. 174 <br />
