Announcements by Council Members <br /> Vice Mayor Ruskin reported on the Council of Justice meeting he attended where <br /> Redwodd City's Police Officer Dave Gough received an award for service performed <br /> beyond the scope of duty for his successful first Youth Job Faire for Redwood City <br /> troubled youth. He reported that Officer Gough has just received a promotion to Sargent. <br /> Mayor Howard reported on the upcoming Celebration of Arts opening on November 20, <br /> 1998 and on the James Street cleaning party she participated in. <br /> 8.
