a) Plan and facilitate a one-day meeting with an expected attendance of 20 <br /> persons <br /> This will include 1 to 2 face-to-face or teleconferences meetings, drafting the agenda, <br /> and preparing graphic sketches with revisions by email. Ms. Kirsch will work <br /> collaboratively with the design team, combining her expertise and "neutral, outsider" role <br /> with the expertise of the team. To maximize participation and productivity, the retreat <br /> will combine whole group and breakout group work, and use of graphic templates and <br /> visual frameworks. <br /> b) Complete a graphic report of the session <br /> Leapfrog Consulting will provide Redwood City 2020 with all original charts — and a <br /> graphic report consisting of a cover and digital files of charts in sequential order, for <br /> print or email distribution. <br /> Deliverables and Timeframe <br /> Kayla Kirsch (process designer and facilitator) and Karen Ijichi Perkins (graphic <br /> recorder) from Leapfrog Consulting will provide the following services and deliverables <br /> between January 2014 and March 2014: <br /> o Work with Jana Kiser to review history, former plans, issues, goals and progress <br /> to date; <br /> o Work with Design Team to design and plan one day retreat for approx. 20 <br /> participants; <br /> o Work with Design Team to finalize agenda and preparations; <br /> o Prepare 1 to 2 wall graphics and breakout templates far retreat; <br /> o Graphically facilitate 1 day session in January; <br /> o Provide graphic report with digital files of charts (within 3 weeks after session); <br /> and <br /> o Support post-retreat follow up (including facilitating small group session and/or <br /> one-on-one executive coaching). <br /> 2. Standard of PerFormance. While performing the Services, Consultant will <br /> exercise the reasonable professional care and skill customarily exercised by reputable <br /> members of Consultant's profession practicing in the urban Northern California Area, <br /> and will use reasonable diligence and best judgment while exercising its professional <br /> skill and expertise. <br /> 3. Term.
