The Agencies shall acquire and have acquired their respective <br /> capacity rights in Stage 2 of the Project as set forth in this Subdivision (d)(ii) of <br /> Section 7.2. With the prior written approval of the Commission, any Agency may <br /> relinquish to any other Agency any portion of its initial maximum potential capacity <br /> rights in Stage 2 of the Project as agreed upon by said two Agencies prior to <br /> commencement of construction of any increment of Stage 2.
