He stated that implementing the <br /> proposed information campaign is critical to change behaviors and bad habits and encourage <br /> more walking. <br /> MIS RuskinlIra to waive the reading of the proposed Ordinance in its entirety and introduce by <br /> reading the title only. <br /> The City Attorney read the title of the proposed Ordinance. <br /> The motion carried by a unanimous roll call vote. <br /> MIS HartnettlBain to approve the recommendation that similar parking considerations be made this <br /> holiday season as in the 1997-98 holiday period and parking meter fees be suspended on certain <br /> streets from the period of Thanksgiving through the second Sunday in January 1999. The meter fee <br /> suspension area would consist of approximately 120 meters, located on the blocks adjacent to <br /> Broadway, from Broadway to Marshall (most meters) and Broadway to MiddlefieldlWinslow along <br /> - Main Street, Jefferson Avenue and Middlefield Road. The motion carried by unanimous voice vote. <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 98-268 <br /> B. Approval of $650 Expenditure to Redwood City Little League 13 year old All-stars <br /> MIS ClairelHartnett to authorize $650 expenditure from Council Contingency Account #61110-59 <br /> to Redwood National Little League, PO Box, 5575, Redwood City, CA 94063.
