Conduct Oath of Office and Present Certificate of Election to newly elected <br /> Council Member <br /> City Clerk McKay administered the Oath of Office to Council Member elect <br /> Colleen M. Jordan and presented her with a framed certificate of election. <br /> Council Member Jordan took her seat on the Council dais. <br /> 4. COUNCIL ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> A.
