Council Member Ira added that there is a PBS <br /> video history of Silicon Valley that would be spectacular as part of Option B. Council <br /> Member Seybert also added his thanks to Stanford, Staff, and Council Members Ira and <br /> Foust and the neighborhoods. <br /> M/S Seybert/Ira to adopt the resolution as recommended and to allow for City Attorney <br /> discretion to adopt the consensus for Option B. Motion carried 7-0 unanimously by <br /> electronic vote. <br /> 2. Waive the First Reading and Introduce an Ordinance amending <br /> Article 52 to allow alternative findings in Precise Plans for Developers with <br /> Development Agreements in conformance with the Stanford in Redwood <br /> City Precise Plan. <br /> ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AMENDING ARTICLE 52 OF THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, AS <br /> AMENDED, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ABILITY TO ADOPT ALTERNATIVE <br /> PLANNED COMMUNITY PROCEDURES AND FINDINGS FOR PROPERTY <br /> SUBJECT TO A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT MINUTE ORDER 13-162 <br /> M/S Gee/Seybert to introduce the ordinance.
