<br /> Annual Children's Holiday Parade which was a kick off for the "'Tis the Season" Holiday <br /> Celebration in the rain last Saturday night. <br /> John Murphy, 421 Luff Lane, distributed a memo to Council regarding GID 1-64 finances and <br /> clarified his concerns expressed at the last Council meeting. <br /> Leo Walsh, Chairman of the Senior Affairs Commission, presented Council with a letter of <br /> concern requesting Council consideration of recent events by AETNA Insurance Company <br /> November 25, 1998 letter stating senior's insurance discontinuance on January 1, 1999. He <br /> urged Council support and assistance to speak to HMO's on behalf of our senior citizens. <br /> Council Member Claire, Ruskin, Hartnett and Mayor Howard individually stated they wish <br /> this subject to be on a future Council agenda. MEMO 12/8/98 <br /> Mark Heavey, 204 Franklin Street, reported on the upcoming Chamber mixer this Wednesday <br /> night and invited all to attend. <br /> 3. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Vice Mayor Ruskin pulled Item N. from the Consent Calendar. <br /> MIS Ira/Claire waived reading of the Consent Calendar and the Ordinances in its entirety, <br /> adopted resolutions and ordinances and approved other items, as follows; <br /> A.
