ORIGINAL <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br />(MidPeninsula Community Media Center) <br />Th Ame dment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the 1S day of <br />� ll� , 2017, extending and amending the agreement dated <br />February 12, 2014 (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and <br />MidPeninsula Community Media Center, ("Consultant') (collectively, the "Parties") for <br />film and video broadcast. <br />RECITALS <br />A. On February 12, 2014, the Parties executed MidPeninsula Community <br />Media Center; and <br />B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached to and <br />incorporated in by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services and Fee. <br />AGREEMENT <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. That the Agreement is hereby extended for a period of One Year ending <br />on March 1, 2018 and Consultant will be paid a not to exceed amount of Nineteen <br />Thousand Dollars ($19,000.00). <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br />time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br />3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br />pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include <br />coverage for this Amendment. <br />4.
