EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> (AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br /> MIDPENINSULA COMMUNITY MEDIA CENTER) <br /> Redwood City shall supply the Media Center with the schedule of City Council and <br /> Planning Commission meetings to be covered at least finro weeks in advance of regular <br /> meetings. The Media Center shall provide the services below: <br /> Meeting Coverage (3 hour minimum) <br /> Media Center shall provide two (2) trained City Hall Video <br /> Operators to provide multiple camera coverage with City <br /> equipment at City Hall, including 45 minutes to set up: <br /> $87 per hour <br /> Cancellation fee (for the City's cancellation of scheduled <br /> Media Center coverage without 24 hours' prior <br /> notice to the Media Center): $261 flat fee <br /> The foregoing rates shall remain unchanged though December 31, 2014. Thereafter, <br /> the Media Center may increase these rates, no more than once per calendar year, <br /> provided that, absent the prior consent of the City, any such increase in rates shall not <br /> exceed the amount of the increase in the Bay Area Consumer Price Index during the <br /> preceding year. <br /> The City shall compensate the Media Center for all services performed by the Media <br /> Center in an amount based upon the Media Center's hourly rates above.
