<br /> " (b) Automobile wrecking yards, salvage and war surplus
<br /> yards.
<br /> " (c) Asphalt and concrete batching plants and sand, dirt,
<br /> gravel, rock and "£ill businesses.
<br /> " (d) Manufacturing uses involving the primary production
<br /> of the following products from raw materials:
<br /> Acids, ammonia, carbide, analine dyes, animal glue
<br /> and size, carbon black and bond black, caustic soda,
<br /> charcoal, cellulose, chlorine, coal, coke and tar
<br /> products, creosote, explosives, fertilizers, gelatin,
<br /> gypsum, hydrogen, and oxygen, industrial alcohol,
<br /> lime, matches, nitrates of an explosive nature,
<br /> nitric, phosphoric, picric and sulphuric acids,
<br /> paint, plaster of paris, plastic materials and
<br /> synthetic resins, potash, pyroxylin, rayon and yarn,
<br /> rubber and soaps, and turpentine.
<br /> " (e) The following processes: Nitrating of cotton or
<br /> other materials; magnesium foundary storage or
<br /> handling; reduction or refining of petroleum products
<br /> such as gasoline, kerosene, naptha, oil; distillation
<br /> or reduction of wood or bones; storage, curing or
<br /> tanning of raw, green, orsalte� hides or skins.
<br /> " (f) Poultry dressing, fish or meat packing houses, stock
<br /> yards, slaughter houses, hog raising.
<br /> " (g) Storage, testing and handling of explosives, and
<br /> explosives products, liquified and inflammable
<br /> gases.
<br /> " (h) Breweries, distilleries of liquors; perfume or
<br /> vinegar manufacturing; sugar refineries; and large
<br /> scale bleaching, cleaning and dyeing establishments.
<br /> " (i) Public and quasi-public uses.
<br /> " (j ) Restaurants, and drive-in eating establishments,
<br /> provided no alcoholic beverages are served.
<br /> " (k) Any other uses not otherwise listed in this article,
<br /> which are determined by the Zoning Administrator
<br /> to be of the same general character of the uses
<br /> permitted by this article and are not inconsistent
<br /> with the purpose of this article. "
<br /> SECTION 17 . Section 22.7 of the aforementioned ordinance is
<br /> hereby amended to read as follows:
<br /> "Section 22.7 Regulations, Annexed Territory. Any use
<br /> permit issued in connection with any territory included in the
<br /> IS District by reason of annexation shall specify height
<br /> limitations: yard requirements, lot area, width and coverage
