� <br /> j <br /> , �n„ ;� <br /> all the materials , and do all the work listed in such plans and <br /> specifications. All improvements to be constructed shall also be <br /> in strict compliance with the Standard Specifications of the City <br /> of Redwood City, dated August, 1974 . In the event that the plans <br /> and specifications list an improvement to be constructed by <br /> Developer and no standards of performance and/or construction are <br /> listed in the plans and specifications or in the aforementioned <br /> Standard Specifications , the standard specifications of the State <br /> of California for the construction of, or performance of, such <br /> improvement shall govern. Developer shall complete all the <br /> improvements to be constructed on or before September 30 , 1983 , <br /> consisting of all work, improvements, or construction required by or <br /> mentioned in the above mentioned plans and specifications and all <br /> construction, appurtenances and improvements reasonably necessary <br /> as determined by the Director of Public Works to complete the <br /> aforementioned improvements , both inside and outside of the above <br /> mentioned subdivision. <br /> 2 . Developer shall furnish to City and file with the City <br /> Clerk a bond, deposit or instrument of credit acceptable to City <br /> securing the faithful performance of Developer of all work and the <br /> construction of all improvements to be performed as specified in <br /> this agreement, and within the time herein specified, the amount of <br /> said security to be Four Hundred Twenty-nine Thousand and No/100 <br /> Dollars ($429 , 000 . 00) , and also a bond, deposit or instrument of <br /> credit acceptable to City securing the payment by Developer of all <br /> bills for labor and materials incurred in the construction of any <br /> and all said improvements and the doing of all other work herein <br /> agreed to be done by the said Developer, the amount of said security <br /> to be Four Hundred Twenty-nine Thousand and No/100 Dollars <br /> ($429 ,000 . 00) . The aforementioned security shall include in addition <br /> to the face amounts , a guarantee of the payment of costs and <br /> 2 <br />
