18.8 Survival. Provisions of this Agreement that should reasonably be considered to <br /> survive termination of this Agreement shall survive. <br /> 18.9 No Partnership. No provision of this Agreement shall be construed or represented <br /> as creating a partnership, trust, joint venture, fiduciary or any similar relationship between the <br /> Parties. No Party is authorized to act on behalf of the other Party, and neither shall be considered <br /> the agent of the other. <br /> 18.10 No Third Partv Beneficiaries. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, this <br /> Agreement and all rights hereunder are intended for the sole benefit of the Parties hereto and <br /> shall not imply or create any rights on the part of, or obligations to, any other Person. <br /> 18.11 Counterparts.
