extend the term of the Lease Agreement for an additional Three (3) years (the <br /> "Extended Term"). The rent for the Initial Term is One Hundred Twenty Nine <br /> Thousand Eight Hundred Si�een_and No/100 Dollars ($129,816.00). The rent for <br /> the Extended Term is One Hundred Forty Four Thousand Six Hundred Twenty <br /> Four and No/100 Dollars ($144,624.00). <br /> Section 2. The Port undertook a review of the Project (apprbval of the <br /> Lease Agreement) under CEQA and a Notice of Determination will be filed with <br /> the Count of San Mateo. <br /> Section 3. The President and Secretary of the Board of Port <br /> Commissioners of the City of Redwood City are hereby authorized and directed <br /> to execute the aforesaid Lease Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners. <br /> Section 4.
