He said that Council's direction would be <br /> incorporated in a proposed shopping cart ordinance. <br /> B. Mayor Howard announced that this year's D.A.R.E. graduation would be held at 6 p.m., <br /> Wednesday, June 3, 1998, in the Red Morton Community Center. She encouraged <br /> everyone to attend the ceremony and congratulate the young people who worked hard in <br /> this program.
