Staff report; <br />- REPORT: Peter Vorametsanti, Senior Civil Engineer, June 22, 1998 <br /> Joel Patterson, Manager, Engineering and Construction, presented the staff report <br /> and said no increase in assessments were planned. He said the funds were used for <br /> maintenance of the storm water system, water system, drainage system and the levees. <br /> 2. Open public hearing; <br /> Mayor Howard declared the public hearing open at 8:20 p.m. <br /> 3. Hear public comment; <br /> Mayor Howard asked if anyone wished to address this issue.
