The Council Meeting reconvened at 7:38 p.m. MINUTE ORDER NO. 97-007 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS A. Geri Mayers, 2303 Broadway, introduced John McNulty who will cover the Council meetings for the Redwood City Almanac. (203) John McNulty, Alameda, said he appreciated the opportunity to work in the Redwood City community, and described his experience in the news reporting field including working for the Alameda Times Star, the Alameda Journal, the Hayward Alameda Newspaper Group, he owned and operated two publications, and is currently working as a stringer writer for the Oakland Tribune. Mr. McNulty said he valued community newspapers and community reporting above all, and said "the Redwood City Almanac was a fme example of that." MINUTE BOOK NO. 55 Page No. 098
