PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> A. John Murphy, 421 Luff Lane, Redwood City, submitted a letter and addressed the <br /> Council on the impacts of the sale of "Bair Island", the loss of revenue to GID-I-64, and <br /> the loss of the opportunity to build a connector road. Mr. Murphy said the sale of this <br /> property will "create a large vacant space in the middle of our City making Redwood <br /> Shores neighborhood an isolated island." (203) <br /> City Manager Everett and Community Development Director Nelson advised they <br /> - are working with Don Warren on this issue, and described the window of opportunity <br /> for the City to approach P.O.S.T (buyer of the property) before they turn it oveT to the <br /> MINUTE BOOK NO. 55 <br /> Pagr No. 131 <br />
