EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE 4F SERViCES CONSULTANT shali provide professional plan check and inspection services on an an- call basis to assist the Gity's Community Development Department with {and development review, permitting, and ins�ciion of private deveiopment or public works projects. SCQPE OF SERYfCES: The scope of service includes but is not limited to the following activities: Development Ptan Review. Permitting, and Map Review • Review of new ar proposec3 amendments ta specific plans, tentative maps, pianned development zoning, and other development entitiement applications. • Review finai maps, improvement and �andscape pl,ans. Review includes svatuatian of required neports, studies, grading anci improvement plans, and design prafessionaPs recommendations. Corifirm that pians corrform to City standard design criteria, conditions of apprnvai, and infrastructure or other master pians. • Each plan review will be accompanied with a Istter summarizing the red-line comments addressed to the appiicant's engineer or landscape architect, with a copy ta City staff and the applicant. A complete red-lined set of drawings and any reports will be returned to the design professional for use in their correctians. • The Projeat Manager will meet with the appticant/representative and City staff to review camments or to delineate the standards which are not being met to assist in the timely completion of the review and mesting the maximum gaal of two plan reviews. • The Project Manager will adjust and/or develop the plan check list to meet the cri#eria as required by the Cityr of Redwood City. • Soits reports will be evaluated and confiRna#ion of recommendations wil! be included an the plans. Bpundary condi#ions will be evaluated to maintain continuity with surrountiing properties and maintain sxisting drainage pattems. • Construction erosion control and post construction water quality control will be reviewed for compliance with the storm water quality management permit in effect for the City. � Assist City with development of conditians of approval, development agreements, and other requirements associated with deve{opment applicaiions.
