EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> 1. Consultant shall conduct a Business Process Review (BPR) on the Construction Debris <br /> Ordinance Process and begin setup in TRAKit. <br /> 2. Consultant shall conduct Onsite TRAKit Training at City of Redwood City. <br /> TASK 1 <br /> Business Process Review(BPR) <br /> One (1) day onsite visit to work with City staff implementing forms and tracking procedures for <br /> recently adopted Construction and Demolition Debris Ordinance, such that staff has sufficient <br /> training and resources to implement the requirements of entering information into the TRAKit <br /> system and maintaining sufficient records for auditing and other related purposes. <br /> $2,000.00 <br /> Travel Expenses <br /> Airfare, hotel, rental car, meals, and all incidentals 850.00 <br /> Total $2,850.00 <br /> TASK 2 <br /> Onsite TRAKiT Training at City of Redwood City <br /> A. TRAKit Svstem Administration Traininq—Two (2) days <br /> Sessions to provide City Staff sufficient information and practice to function as systems <br /> administrators. Staff will learn the rules and procedures for providing this level of system <br /> support. Sessions are to be interactive providing sufficient time for students to practice <br /> procedures and policies. Handouts and other take away material, including any operating <br /> procedures will be provided by the Consultant. Class size shall be limited to eight students. <br /> Consultant shall provide a computer for each individual to be trained. <br /> $5,000.00 <br /> Travel Expenses 1,200.00 <br /> Airfare, hotel, rental car, meals, and all incidentals Total $6,200.00 <br /> TASK 3 <br /> TRAKit User Traininq -Three (3)days <br /> Consultant shall prepare and implement a series of training sessions that provides an interactive <br /> learning experience for City employees training on the CRW TRAKit programs and systems. <br /> The classes shall be structured to afford students the opportunity to understand the basic <br /> operating principles and rules of the program and to practice implementation of procedures. <br /> Class size shall be limited to eight students.
