ATTACF 8.A. - Page 21 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY DENYING THE APPEAL AND APPROVING A <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT, VESTING TENTATIVE <br /> MAP, AND CONDOMINIUM PERMIT FOR THE PETE'S HARBOR <br /> PROJECT UPON CONSIDERING ADDENDUM NO. 2 WITH THE <br /> 2003 MARINA SHORES VILLAGE EIR AND ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br /> WHEREAS, Applicant, RWC Harbor Communities, LLC, seeks to develop <br /> and re-subdivide Lots APN 052-540-040 and APN 052-540-050 located at 1 Uccelli <br /> Boulevard (the Project) consisting of 411 residential units, commonly known as <br /> Pete's Harbor; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City <br /> (Planning Commission) is empowered to act upon applications for Planned <br /> Development Permits in accordance with Article 46 (Planned Development <br /> Permits) of the City of Redwood City Zoning Ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 16, 2012 and October 30, 2012, the Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing and adopted Resolution No. 12-23 approving <br /> an earlier version of the Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, an appeal was filed on the Planning Commission action and <br /> the matter was duly noticed for a de novo public hearing before the City Council <br /> on January 28, 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, on January 28, 2013, after hearing public comment and <br /> considering the matter, the City Council continued its consideration of the matter <br /> to May 6, 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 6, 2013, the City Council held a duly noticed de novo <br /> public hearing, considered the appeal of the Planning Commission action, and <br /> remanded the matter to the Planning Commission for further consideration and <br /> public input in light of Project changes; and <br /> WHEREAS, on February 4, 2014, the Planning Commission held a duly <br /> noticed public hearing, and adopted Resolution No. 14-02 approving the Project, <br /> including Vesting Tentative Map TM2012-02, Condo Permit and Planned <br /> Development Permit No. PD2012-01 (including Modifications), upon considering <br /> Revised Addendum No. 2 with the 2003 Marina Shores Village EIR and Addendum <br /> No. 1; and <br /> ATTY/RES0.2967/CC PETE'S HARBOR—DENYING APPEAL AND APPROVING PROJECT <br /> REV:03-18-14 VR <br /> Page 1 of 19 <br />
