MINUTE ORDER — 14-042 <br /> Agenda Item 5.C— was addressed at this time. <br /> Ms. Martinucci arrived, and Mayor Gee recognized her for her years of dedication while <br /> presenting her with a certificate of recognition for serving on the Mosquito and Vector <br /> Control Board of Trustees. Acceptance of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Award from the <br /> Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the California <br /> Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) to the City of <br /> Redwood City for the 5th Avenue Pump Station Improvement Project <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1.
