8.A. - Page 88 <br /> ATTACHMENT 3 <br /> 68. Multiple fire alarm systems within single protected premises are not <br /> permitted. <br /> 69. All fire alarm systems shall be certified by the Underwriters Laboratories <br /> (Ordinance 2326). <br /> 70. Key boxes of sufficient size shall be installed at all entrances to the <br /> building. These key boxes shall contain sufficient numbers of keys to allow <br /> access to all parts of the building as well as the fire protection equipment <br /> and systems. Literature from the manufacturer of these products and <br /> ordering information can be obtained from the Fire Department by calling <br /> (650) 780-7400 or at www.knoxbox.com._(IFC 506.1) <br /> Transportation <br /> 71. Prior to the issuance of a Building Permit, the applicant must pay the <br /> Traffic Impact Fee, to be calculated by the City based on the net new PM <br /> peak hour trips. <br /> Building <br /> 72. The new construction shall be in conformance with the 2013 California <br /> Building, Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing, Energy, Green Building Codes, <br /> Redwood City Green Building ordinance and local amendments. <br /> Miscellaneous <br /> 73. The applicant shall comply with all applicable Fire and Building codes. <br /> 74. As applicable, the applicant shall be responsible for the payment of all <br /> development fees associated with the project approvals, which may <br /> include a Traffic impact Fee, water and sewer capital facilities fees and <br /> installation fees, etc. <br /> 75. Public parking shall be provided for public access amenities and parklands <br /> within the proposed project consistent with the requirement set forth by <br /> BCDC. The provision of these parking spaces, including, but not limited to <br /> the location and accessibility shall be subject to the review and approval of <br /> the City. <br /> 76. The public shall be provided access to the waterfront, public amenities <br /> and open space as depicted in the Pete's Harbor Residential Community <br /> Plans. <br /> 77.
