The <br /> impact would be less-than-significant. <br /> Other Impacts. The 2003 EIR determined that the previous Marina Shores Village project <br /> would have less-than-significant impacts resulting from the increased potential for air quality- <br /> based land use conflicts, and changes in local carbon monoxide levels.
