City of RE 7.1.D. - Page 40 <br /> One part-time employee (i.e.,"downtown assistant") will remove litter during the work <br /> week for two hours/day.As part of on-land cleanups conducted in the downtown area,the <br /> City will continue to blow trash from the sidewalk into the street for pick-up by the Madvac <br /> LR50 once/week(on Fridays).This on-land cleanup is intended to continue into the <br /> foreseeable future with no plans to cease or reduce the current level of effort. <br /> • Existing on-land cleanup activities and trash container servicing will continue within the <br /> three parks located within TMA#1.The City has no additional on-land cleanups planned <br /> for these parks since existing on-land cleanup efforts are an adequate level of effort to <br /> achieve"no adverse impact".The trash condition of parks located within TMA#1 will be <br /> confirmed via assessments described in Section 4.0. <br /> • Existing on-land cleanup activities of the El Camino Real median within TMA#1 will <br /> continue during this time period.The City has no additional on-land cleanups planned for <br /> the El Camino Real median since existing on-land cleanup activities are adequately <br /> addressing trash loads. <br /> • The City plans to continue supporting Pride&Beautification Committee on-land cleanups <br /> within TMA#1 during this time period.These on-land cleanup events have been successful <br /> in bringing attention to problematic trash areas within the City. <br /> 32 <br />
