03/24/2014 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15336 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY DENYING THE APPEAL AND APPROVING A <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT, VESTING TENTATIVE <br /> MAP, AND CONDOMINIUM PERMIT FOR THE PETE'S <br /> HARBOR PROJECT UPON CONSIDERING ADDENDUM NO. 2 <br /> WITH THE 2003 MARINA SHORES VILLAGE EIR AND <br /> ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br /> WHEREAS, Applicant, RWC Harbor Communities, LLC, sought to <br /> develop and re-subdivide Lots APN 052-540-040 and APN 052-540-050 located <br /> at 1 Uccelli Boulevard (the Project) consisting of 411 residential units, commonly <br /> known as Pete's Harbor; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City <br /> (Planning Commission) is empowered to act upon applications for Planned <br /> Development Permits in accordance with Article 46 (Planned Development <br /> Permits) of the City of Redwood City Zoning Ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 16, 2012 and October 30, 2012, the Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing and adopted Resolution No. 12-23 approving <br /> an earlier version of the Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, an appeal was filed on the Planning Commission action and <br /> the matter was duly noticed for a de novo public hearing before the City Council <br /> on January 28, 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, on January 28, 2013, after hearing public comment and <br /> considering the matter, the City Council continued its consideration of the matter <br /> to May 6, 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 6, 2013, the City Council held a duly noticed de novo <br /> public hearing, considered the appeal of the Planning Commission action, and <br /> remanded the matter to the Planning Commission for further consideration and <br /> public input in light of Project changes; and <br /> WHEREAS, on February 4, 2014, the Planning Commission held a duly <br /> noticed public hearing, and adopted Resolution No. 14-02 approving the Project <br /> with 411 residential units, including Vesting Tentative Map TM2012-02, Condo <br /> Permit and Planned Development Permit No. PD2012-01 (including <br /> Modifications), upon considering Revised Addendum No. 2 with the 2003 Marina <br /> Shores Village EIR and Addendum No. 1; and <br /> ATTY/RE50.2967/CC PETE'S HARBOR—DENYING APPEALAND APPROVING PROJECT Reso#15336 <br /> REV:03-25-14 VR Muff�t 603 <br /> Page 1 of 19 <br />
