<br /> persans named in Section 3181 of the Civil Code of the State a# Califarnia, or amounts due
<br /> under fhe Unemplayment Insurance Code with respect to work ar labor performed under the
<br /> Contract, or far any amounts req�ired to be deciucted, withheld, and paid over to the
<br /> Employment Development Department from the wages of empioyees of the Contractor and h€s
<br /> subcantractor pursuant to Sectian 13020 of the Unsmployment Insurance Code of the State of
<br /> California, with respect to such work and iabor, the surety will pay for the same, In the amount
<br /> not sxceeding the sum specifled in thls bond, and aiso, in case suit is brought upon this bond, a
<br /> reasonab(e attorney's fee, to be fixed by tha Court.
<br /> This bond shall inure ta the benefit af any person named in Section 3181 of the Civil Code of the
<br /> State of California so as to give a right of action to them or their assignees in suit braught upon
<br /> this bond.
