Staff report; <br /> REPORT: Senior Building Inspector Juan Garcia, June 30, 1997 <br /> Inspector Garcia used overheads to show the location and surroundings of the <br /> - old location and the new location and the condition of the subject building. <br /> In response to Council questions, Inspector Garcia described the conditions <br /> attached to the move, the asbestos situation, and the owner's guarantee to remove <br /> the fireplace and chimney before moving the building. He added that architectural <br /> permits are required for this action which include landscaping plans approvals, <br /> and described how the remaining property will be cleaned and secured. <br /> 2.
