<br /> Vice Mayor Howard, Candidate for the November 4 Council Election, said she would <br /> not be able to attend next Monday as she had long standing plans to be away that evening, <br /> and was extremely disappointed to have to postpone this joint session. She said she had <br /> been looking forward to this opportunity to meet with the Planning Commission and <br /> others for a long time, and would submit her written comments and questions to be <br /> considered next Monday. Vice Mayor Howard asked that the meeting be split into two <br /> sessions so that Council Members would have the chance to attend at least one of the <br /> sessions. <br /> MEMO 9/9/97 <br /> Mayor Hartnett, Candidate for the November 4 Council Election, asked staff to check <br /> with the Planning Commissioners, Architectural and HHCC representatives to make sure <br /> next Monday night was a good night for them as well as the Council.
