MJP:dit^"'^9/05/90 (020/8) <br /> � � DAL:dit�...:.+9/26/90R <br /> DAL:dit 10/O1/90R <br /> yards setbacks are a minimum of twenty (20) feet. <br /> Such additions shall comply with the requirements <br /> of Section 10. 9, a. , (2) , (c) above. <br /> (e) Any dwelling constructed with side yard setbacks <br /> less than required by paragraphs (a) , (b) , or (c) <br /> of this section shall have front and rear yard <br /> setbacks of not less than twenty (20) feet. <br /> (f) Any structure exceeding two stories in height <br /> shall comply with all the above minimum setback <br /> requirements, but in no case shall any setbacks be <br /> less than one-half the height of the building for <br /> each yard. <br /> (3) Rear yard: Rear yards setbacks shall have a basic <br /> minimum yard setback of twenty (20) feet. <br /> b. Refer to Article 32, Supplementary Provisions, <br /> Section 32-11 for useable open space requirements in the R-5 <br /> District" . <br /> SECTION 8. Section 32. 2 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood <br /> City Zoning Ordinance, as amended, is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "Section 32. 2. Supplementary Lot Area Requirements for <br /> Sloping 5ites. The determination of the minimum building site <br /> area in any zoning district shall be subject to the requirements <br /> of this section.
