�" MJP:dit� 9/05/90 (020/8) <br /> � "�' DAL:dfb�.,� 9/26/90R <br /> DAL:dit 10/O1/90R <br /> corner lot, an accessory building may not project <br /> beyond the setback required for the main building. <br /> The overall height of an accessory building shall not <br /> exceed fourteen (14) feet, and the top of the wall <br /> height shall not exceed nine (9) feet. Portable <br /> accessory buildings shall not exceed seven (7) feet in <br /> height, or the maximum height of fence allowed in the <br /> setback, yard, or along the property line; nor exceed <br /> thirty (30) square feet in size. The maximum coverage <br /> of any and all accessory buildings on a lot shall not <br /> exceed fifty (50) percent of the required rear yard. <br /> SECTION 16. Section 32. 11 of Ordinance No. 1130, the <br /> Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, as amended, is hereby amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> "Section 32. 11. Construction in Yards. Except as expressly <br /> provided otherwise in this ordinance, no building or structure, <br /> or portion thereof, shall be constructed, placed, or altered <br /> within any yard area required by this ordinance except for the <br /> following: <br /> a. Natural artificial landscaping. <br /> b. Fences, walls, and hedges , meeting all other applicable <br /> requirements. <br /> c. Utility facilities, mail boxes, and flag poles. <br /> d. Foundation footings, patio slabs, decks, driveways, <br /> sidewalks, and other paving, not exceeding one floor <br /> 25 <br />
