MJP:dit°°,.9/05/90 (020/8) <br /> ' DAL:dit�,,,�,,9/26/90R <br /> DAL:dit 10/O1/90R <br /> Wherever a side yard is adjacent to a street, such <br /> side yard shall have a basic minimum yard setback <br /> of fifteen (15) feet. <br /> (c) Two-story dwellings/two-story additions: Second- <br /> story structures shall maintain the basic minimum <br /> side yard for a maximum length which is equal to <br /> twenty-five (25) percent of the lot depth or <br /> thirty-five (35) feet, whichever is less. <br /> Remaining portions of the second floor shall have <br /> a minimum setback equal to one-half the height <br /> measured at the plateline, or ridge beam, <br /> whichever is highest. <br /> (d) Any single-family dwelling which is in compliance <br /> with the yard setback requirements in effect at <br /> the time it was constructed, notwithstanding that <br /> the previous side yard setbacks requirements are <br /> less than allowed under current requirements , may <br /> be enlarged so long as the side yard setbacks are <br /> a minimum of five (5) feet, and the front and rear <br /> yards setbacks are a minimum of twenty (20) feet. <br /> Such additions shall comply with the requirements <br /> of Section 6. 9, a. , (2) , (c) above. <br /> (e) Any dwelling constructed with side yard setbacks <br /> less than required by paragraphs (a) , (b) , or (c) <br /> of this section shall have front and rear yard <br /> setbacks of not less than twenty (20) feet. <br /> 6 <br />
