7.2.A. - Page 2 <br /> Since the approval of the original Landscape Maintenance Agreement, the subdivision <br /> has taken on the added responsibility of providing electrical service and maintenance to <br /> five pedestrian-scale street lights along the property frontage. The Landscape <br /> Maintenance Agreement has been revised to include language describing these lights <br /> and the responsibility of the subdivision to power and maintain them. <br /> In addition, in order to comply with the Municipal Regional Permit, the City must verify <br /> that all stormwater treatment devices installed within the City are adequately <br /> maintained. While maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner, the City must <br /> complete inspections of every stormwater treatment device in the City at least once <br /> every five years in order to verify that proper maintenance is occurring.
