Testing will include analysis for PCE and <br /> TCE. <br /> • Consultant will review the results of each event and consult with the City regarding <br /> the new findings and the scope of next phase of investigation or data analysis. <br /> • Consultant will compile the air quality data for comparison to residential land use and <br /> commercial land use human health risk criteria established by the Office of <br /> Environmental Health Hazard Assessment. Consultant will document the results of <br /> field observations and chemical analyses obtained from the indoor air quality events. <br /> The results will be added to the Final Site Investigation report the Consultant is <br /> currently preparing. <br /> Consultant will also provide consultation to the City regarding recommendations for further <br /> assessment, monitoring, and potential vapor intrusion mitigation options for the Site. <br /> Fee Estimate and Fee Schedule <br /> Consultant will provide the Services described herein on a time-and-materials basis in <br /> accordance with the attached Fee Schedule for a not-to-exceed amount of $27,400.
