7.1.F. - Page 5 <br /> superseded in total by this Agreement. No prior drafts of this Agreement or changes from <br /> those drafts to the executed version of the Agreement shall be introduced as evidence in <br /> any litigation or other dispute resolution proceeding by any party or other person, and no <br /> court or other body should consider those drafts in interpreting this Agreement. <br /> 4. Each party covenants, on behalf of itself and its successors and assigns, to take <br /> all actions and to do all things, and to execute, with acknowledgment or affidavit if <br /> required, any writings that may be reasonably necessary or proper to achieve the purposes <br /> and objectives of this Agreement. <br /> 5. All of the provisions, agreements, rights, powers, standards, terms, waivers, <br /> covenants, and obligations contained in this Agreement shall be binding upon the parties <br /> and their respective successors in interest, whether by operation of law or any manner <br /> whatsoever, and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors in <br /> interest. <br /> 6. This Agreement, and the rights and obligations of the parties, shall be governed <br /> by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, as applied to <br /> contracts made and performed in this state. <br /> 7. The parties agree all amendments to this Agreement shall be in writing and <br /> executed in the same manner as this Agreement. Unless otherwise provided for in the <br /> amendment, such changes that are mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties shall be <br /> effective upon the execution of a duly authorized amendment to this Agreement. <br /> 8.
