City Engineering and Construction Manager Patterson, thanking him for his vision and hard work in overseeing the construction of the new City Hall. Manager Patterson said it had been an "E- Ticket ride," and gave the credit to the Council Facilities Committee, all the Councils over the years, the architects, builders, residents, staff and everyone else who stayed with the project over the years and lent their ideas and perseverance to this beautiful building. Council discussion of the schedule for the remaining Council meetings in 1997; REPORT: City Clerk, September 22, 1997 Council Members agreed not to call a special meeting on September 29, a 5th Monday, since many of the participants in the Joint session with the Planning Commission (postponed September 8, 1997) would be unable to attend on that evening.
