Section 31.2 of the above mentioned Ordinance <br /> No. 1130 is hereby repealed. . <br /> SECTION 25. Section 2.14 is hereby added to the above <br /> mentioned Ordinance No. 1130 to read as follows: <br /> ' "Section 2 .14 Building Face.
